Health Benefits of Cloves

Cloves are the flower buds of the clove tree also known as Syzygium aromaticum. It is grown in parts of Asia and South America. People use the oils, dried flower buds, leaves, and stems to make medicine. The oil is taken as an essential oil. The clove is mostly used as a spice or flavour.
