At the age of 4, she moved to Bamenda Cameroon with her mother and brother, back to her parent’s homeland.

While her father stayed back in the USA to pursue his career. Then at the age of 13, she moved back to the USA. After moving to Cameroon, at the age of 9, she was enrolled at an all-girls boarding school where she got involved with music and started songwriting.
