After completing her studies, Osas Ighodaro initially intended to return to the United States. However, she moved to Nigeria in 2012 and secured various acting roles. She played the character of Adanna (Danni) on the popular soap opera Tinsel and co-hosted the 2014 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards.
Osas Ighodaro emerged as the highest-grossing Nollywood actress in 2018.
