NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN WESTSTAR ASSOCIATES LIMITED’S MANAGEMENT TEAM 

We write to inform you of changes regarding Weststar Associates Limited’s (the “Company”) Management Team as follows:

1. Mrs. Mary Ojulari, who held the position of Managing Director is no longer affiliated with the Company.

2. In the interim, we have set up a team that will be responsible for the daily operations of the business.

3. Until the appointment of a new Managing Director, Mrs. Ebere Anenih who is currently the General Counsel, Legal Compliance and Human Resources will be the acting Managing Director and will be responsible for running the Company. She is the point of contact for all business operations.

4. She will be supported by members of the Management and Heads of Departments. We have set out below the names, positions and contact details of the Management team.
