After completing his Arabic school, Alhaji Abdulmunaf attended Sumaila Central Primary School and later Rimi Primary School in Kano City, graduating in 1973.

Career

Alhaji Abdulmunaf started with petty trading, retail sales, and kiosk operations before moving into the export and import business. He later joined his family’s haulage business, Sani Brothers Transport Nigeria Limited, where he now has over 150 trucks in the company’s fleet. In 1990, he ventured into the oil and gas business, establishing his first filling station in Tamburawa, Kano State. He continued to expand his oil and gas business and established Azman Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited in 2007. Additionally, he established Azman Air Services Limited in 2010 to ease air travel in Nigeria, which grew to operate more than six aircraft, including the first Airbus A340-600 in Nigeria.
