Can Yaman was born on November 8, 1989, in Suadiye, Istanbul, Turkey. He is the only son of Guven Yaman and Guldem Can. His paternal grandfather is Kosovo-Albanian from Kosovo, and his paternal grandmother is Albanian from North Macedonia. Can is the nephew of football coach Fuat Yaman. His parents separated when he was five years old.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Can Yaman completed his primary education at Bilfen College in Istanbul. He then attended the Italian High School. He went on to study at Yeditepe University in Istanbul, graduating from the Faculty of Law in 2012.

CAREER

Can Yaman began his acting career in 2014 with the series “Gönül İşleri.” In 2015, he starred in “İnadına Aşk,” followed by “Hangimiz Sevmedik” in 2016. His career breakthrough came in 2017 with the series “Dolunay.” From 2018 to 2019, he played the lead role in the Turkish romantic comedy series “Erkenci Kuş” opposite Demet Özdemir, earning several national awards and the international Murex d’Or award for his performance.
