Eyakenyi was born into the family of Chief Uweh Isangedihi in Urue-Offong/Oruko Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Her early education began at Government Primary School, Uko Uyokim, where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate in 1974. She then attended Methodist Teacher’s Training College in Oron, graduating with a Teachers Grade II Certificate in 1979.
She continued her academic pursuits at the University of Calabar, where she earned a Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) in 1986 and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in 1990. Eyakenyi went on to obtain a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Curriculum Education in 2010 and later a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Curriculum Education in 2014 from the same institution.
CAREER
