She attended Burlington Danes Academy and William Morris Sixth Form in Hammersmith, later earning a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Drama from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.

Abebrese began her television career in her teens at Youth Culture Television (YCTV) in London. She went on to present on various platforms, including BBC2, OBE TV, Viasat 1, TV3, and Ebonylife TV.
