He later attended the Federal Polytechnic, Owo, in Ondo State before moving to the United Kingdom, where he studied at Technology College, Reading, earning a Full Technological Certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
He holds two engineering degrees and a postgraduate certificate from Brunel University, Uxbridge, as well as a PhD in Infrastructure Finance from the International School of Management, Paris.
