Jey went to Escambia High School in Pensacola, Florida, where he played football with his twin brother. He later attended the University of West Alabama, playing as a linebacker from 2003 to 2005. Jey Uso began his wrestling journey under the guidance of his father, Rikishi. He officially debuted in 2007 and joined WWE’s developmental brand Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) in 2010. Alongside Jimmy, the duo became known as The Usos and quickly rose through the ranks. Together, they won 8 WWE Tag Team Championships, holding the longest tag title reign ever at 622 days.
