Rinsola started her professional journey at a young age. In January 2015, she joined Millwall Lionesses from Crystal Palace and made her debut in March that year. In 2017, she moved to Watford Ladies, where she quickly made her mark by becoming one of their top scorers during the Spring Series.
She transferred to Liverpool Women in January 2018, where she spent several seasons. While at Liverpool, she was the second-highest goal scorer in the 2018/19 season.
