Educational Background
She earned a BSc in Geographical and Regional Planning from the University of Calabar, followed by an MSc in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos. She later pursued an MBA at Edinburgh Business School in the UK.
Career
Carolyna got her break in Nollywood in 2004 after Chico Ejiro, through Rita Dominic, introduced her to the industry. She appeared in several popular movies. She also starred in Stalker, where she acted alongside Jim Iyke and Nse Ikpe-Etim.
In August 2017, she received recognition from a Pan-African organization for her work in youth development. In 2022, she ventured into politics as a deputy governorship candidate in Akwa Ibom State.
Controversies
Carolyna has been involved in a few public disagreements, especially on social media and reality TV. During an episode of The Real Housewives of Lagos, she mentioned that she did not get along with interior decorator Ehi Ogbebor, claiming they had clashed in the past over a contract job and a social event.
Ehi Ogbebor later fired back on Instagram, accusing Carolyna of being unstable and mocking her past marriage. She also threw jabs at Sophia Momodu, who had said she did not know Ehi.
Ehi went on to describe Carolyna with harsh words, calling her a failed trophy wife, a failed baby mama, and someone who lived off her past relationship. She also warned Sophia Momodu, saying she had known her before her “fake social media lifestyle.

Personal Life
Carolyna was born in Scotland to a Scottish father and a Nigerian mother. She is the first of three children and was raised in Nigeria. Carolyna married Musa Danjuma in 2007. He is the younger brother of former Defence Minister Theophilus Danjuma. Their marriage produced three children.
