
Mohammed Adah Usman, popularly known as King Ochacho or simply Ochacho, is a Nigerian businessman, real estate developer and philanthropist. Born on August 25, 1977, in Kaduna State, he is the founder and chairman of the Ochacho Group, a business conglomerate with interests in real estate, hospitality, financial services, agriculture, oil and gas, aviation and other sectors.

OCHACHO BIOGRAPHY

Ochacho was born to Elder Benson Adah and Hajiya Hauwa Ali Ochacho Aloga. Although he was born in Kaduna, he is originally from Otukpo in Benue State and has Idoma heritage. He spent part of his childhood in Makurdi and Otukpo, where his early experiences helped shape his entrepreneurial ambitions.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He attended Army Day Nursery and Primary School in Makurdi before proceeding to St. Francis College, Otukpo, for his secondary education. He later studied Economics at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, graduating with a degree in the field in the early 2000s.
CAREER

Ochacho began his entrepreneurial journey in 2006 when he founded Ayipolocho Investment Limited, a financial services company that provided support and loans to small and medium-sized businesses. The company later evolved into Ochacho Real Homes in 2017, marking his expansion into real estate development.
Through the Ochacho Group, he expanded his interests into several industries, including real estate, hospitality, financial services, farming, oil and gas and aviation. His real estate business has developed residential and commercial properties, particularly in Abuja and other parts of Nigeria.
Ochacho has also gained attention for his philanthropic activities through the Ochacho Foundation, which has supported education, youth empowerment, community infrastructure and other social-development initiatives.
