Sophia is the third child of the late General George Innih, who served as the governor of Kwara and Edo states in Nigeria. ​
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
She graduated with a law degree from Edo State University, Ekpoma, and attended the Nigerian Law School, completing her studies in 1993.
CAREER
Sophia commenced her legal career at Abdulai, Taiwo, and Co., focusing on commercial and civil litigation. In 1995, Sophia joined Statoil (now Equinor), where she dedicated 19 years, ascending to the position of National Procurement Manager. Her tenure at Equinor honed her expertise in supply chain management and procurement within the energy sector. ​
