Binos Yaroe began his education at L.E.A Primary School, Mayo-Belwa, from 1962 to 1969. He attended Government College Kaduna for his secondary education and graduated in 1974 with Division One in the West African School Certificate Examination.

He later gained admission into Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he studied Accounting and graduated in 1978 with a Second Class Upper degree. In 1992, he passed the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and became a chartered accountant in 1993.

He also earned an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, between 1999 and 2002. After retiring from public service, he studied Christian Religious Studies at Bronnum Lutheran Seminary, Yola, and obtained a BA degree in 2015. Binos Yaroe started his professional career as an Accounting Lecturer during his National Youth Service at Anambra State College of Education, Awka. He later worked with audit firms in Kano before joining the College of Preliminary Studies, Yola, where he rose to become Chief Accountant.

In 1991, he joined the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and served in various senior accounting roles, including Chief Accountant. He also received international training in Austria and the United Kingdom.

He later worked with the Nigerian Stock Exchange, where he retired in 2011 as General Manager and Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer. After retirement, he returned to Mayo-Belwa and went into farming.

Binos Yaroe entered politics in 2019 when he contested and won the Adamawa South Senatorial seat under the PDP. In the 9th Senate, he served as Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Capital Market and was a member of several other committees.

He was re-elected in 2023 and currently serves as Chairman of the Senate Committee on States and Local Government Affairs in the 10th Senate. He is also the President of the National Assembly Legislators Fellowship, Treasurer of the Northern Senators Forum, and Treasurer of the North East National Assembly Caucus.

As a senator, his major focus areas include free medical outreaches, rural water projects, youth and women empowerment, sports development, and regular town hall meetings. Through his medical outreach programs, over 130,000 people have received free medical care across Adamawa South.
