Rufai Oseni did his primary and secondary education in Ogun State before enrolling at the prestigious Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB), where he secured a degree in Animal Physiology. He also holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Pan Atlantic University, Lagos Business School.

Mr. Oseni has worked for JFM Radio in Warri Unique FM in Ilesa, Gold FM in Ilesa, Ogun State television as a Sports Analyst, Ogun State Radio as a presenter, Osun State Government, and Inspiration FM. His other engagements include being an analyst on African Issues for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), an analyst on small business and economy for TV Continental, and a facilitator for the Nigerian Bar Association Conference in 2021.

CONTROVERSIES
Arise TV alleged that they received secret calls from top members of the All Progressives Congress, Apc, campaign organization to sack it’s presenter, Rufai Oseni, reactions have continued to trail the call. The station, however, in response, stated that they can not fire journalists because of their views.
This must have been because he was caught threatening to harm a guest on his show. Oseni was reportedly seen instructing someone to help him do a number on ex-presidential aide and social media commentator Reno Omokri. Rufai Oseni was also bashed on social media after he broke the law by driving through a BRT lane and then bragged about it. He later paid the N70,000 fine the Lagos government asked him to pay.
