Hakeem Odumosu was appointed the Lagos state Commissioner for Police in November 2019. He was the first chairperson of Lagos State Environmental and Special Offences Enforcement Unit (Taskforce) and also the Commander of the State-funded Rapid Response Squad (RRS).
He was an operational officer in Isokoko division, Agege; Ketu division; Satellite division; and Area ‘d’ command, Mushin.
Hakeem Odumosu has been deployed to work in Edo, Ogun, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Oyo and Abuja.
Hakeem Odumosu retired as an Assistant Inspector General of Police in January 2022.
