Coming from a family with value for education, he attended his primary and secondary school in his home town Ogun state, later got an admission into a tertial institution to study adult education in University of Ibadan and graduated with flying colors in 2016.

In the year 2019,Oli posted a video of his friend Solape on Twitter which went viral and from there he picked up and went on making videos till date with brand name “Àgbà”,who is a wealthy & promiscuous Yoruba man, he also make content outside the Àgbà persona as Oli Ekun.
Ekun got a role to play in the series, ‘Introducing The Kujus’ which has been a big boost in his career,speaking in an interview he said ‘I’m a very dramatic person so acting comes easy to me. It is totally different from making skits because you really have to sell it. I’m still learning a lot of things and yes, I hope to be on the big screen for a very long time by God’s grace’.
