Balarabe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, which he completed between 1978 and 1981. His dedication to education didn’t stop there; he also earned an M.Sc in Political Science from the same institution between 1984 and 1986.

Career

Between 2015 and 2023, Balarabe served as the Secretary to the State Government of Kaduna under Nasir El-Rufai’s administration, showcasing his commitment to public service.
