Pearl Waturuocha, known as Pearl Wats, was born in Anambra State, Nigeria, on January 6, in the early ’90s. Hailing from Anambra State in Nigeria. However, she spent her formative years growing up in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Pearl Watts pursued her education across Anambra and Abuja, completing both her primary and secondary schooling, obtaining her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Secondary School Certificate. Following her academic achievements, she secured admission to study Banking and Finance at Madonna University Okija, located in Anambra State. In 2011, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance.

CAREER

After graduating from the University, Pearl Watts worked as a banker, but the hunger to become an actress was still in her. In 2017, she secured the role to play the character of Brenda in the popular Malta Guinness TV series titled “Life 101”. The TV series boosted Pearl Wats’s acting career in the right direction and she went on to star in other movies that same year such as The Royal Hibiscus Hotel and Dérè: An African Tale. Since her debut in 2017, Pearl Wats has appeared in over 60 movies and television series. From romantic movies to comedy movies and drama movies, Pearl Wats has played a variety of roles in different movies. Some of the prominent movies that Pearl Wats has starred in are For The One (2023), Kissing Game(2020), Love Me Now (2023), and Blood Sisters (2023).
