Pastor Charles Kpandei career spans over 20 years in the banking industry, where he held various management roles at the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI, later African International Bank, AIB) and Fortune International Bank. He left Fortune International Bank as the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Resources.

He is the founding Chairman of Berachah Microfinance Bank and a Director at Southwell Global Energy Services Ltd. Iluyomade was suspended by the RCCG Governing Council and asked to resume at the church’s headquarters.
