Educational Background
Ibe attended Sacred Heart Catholic School in Camberwell, London. While in school, he focused on football and joined youth academies early. At age 12, he signed for Wycombe Wanderers’ youth team after leaving Charlton Athletic’s academy.
Career
Ibe made his senior debut at just 15 years old in a League Cup match. Soon after, he became Wycombe’s youngest-ever Football League player and also their youngest league goalscorer. He made 11 appearances and scored once before moving to Liverpool.
