Mercy Eke popularly known as Mercy Lambo is a Nigerian actress, media personality, video vixen and entrepreneur. She was the first female winner of the 2019 Big Brother Naija reality TV show. Mercy was born on 29th September, 1993 in Imo State, Nigeria.

Educational Background

Mercy obtained her West African Secondary School Certificate from Egbu Girls Secondary School Owerri. In 2014, Mercy graduated from the Imo State University (IMSU).

Career

Mercy came to limelight after she was picked as one of the contestants for the season 4 of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show tagged “Pepper Dem”. According to a Mercy she had auditioned for the show for four times before she was picked.

While in the Big Brother House, Mercy gained a lot of fans even amongst celebrities.

Mercy got attracted to Ike who is also another housemate in the Big Brother Nigeria House. The duo were regarded as one of the sweetest couples in the reality show were filmed kissing in the front of other housemates on Ike’s 27th birthday.

Mercy emerged the winner of the 2019 Big Brother Naija defeating the top five finalists Mike, Frodd, Omashola and Seyi.

In 2020, Mercy made her first debut in the movie industry. She featured in Fate of Alakada. Mercy has also featured in series of comedy skits.

Mercy featured in Davido and Ichaba’s music video “Baby mama” and Airboy’s Nawo Nawo.

On 8th April, 2020, Mercy announced she would be launching a reality TV show “Mercy and Ike” alongside her co house mate Ike Onyema. The reality TV show is centered on the duo’s relationship.

In May, 2020, Mercy a Lambo launched her own real estate company “Lambo Homes”.
