How to withdraw money from the ATM

1. Observe your environment:

2. Insert your card
Insert your ATM card in the spot provided for inserting ATM cards with the chip of the card facing upwards.

3. Enter your pin
Enter your four digit pin which you earlier chose while activating your card then press OK or Enter

4. Select your Transaction
Select your choice of transaction, in this case click on cash withdrawal or Withdrawal depending on the ATM machine.

5. Select Account Type
Select your account type by choosing either current account or savings account depending on the type of account.

6. Select your Amount
Select the amount you wish to withdraw from your account. Mist times the ATM displays 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000, 20000 and others. If the amount you wish to withdraw with your ATM falls within the above mentioned, then click the amount you want.

However, if you want to withdraw any amount not displayed, click on others and type in the amount. For instance, if you want to withdraw 3,000 from your account using your ATM card, click on others and then type in 3000.

7. Take your Cash
Take the cash dispensed to you by the ATM machine after a few seconds.

8. Take your Card
After the ATM machine has dispensed your cash it will ask if you wish to perform another transaction? Click NO and take your card.
