• If you don’t have EcoBank mobile app download the Ecobank mobile banking app
• register and log on to Ecobank account
• Click Xpresscash in the list of services
• Select ATM.
• Enter the account you wish to make the withdrawal from if you have more than 1 account with EcoBank
• An eight-digit OTP will be generated

• Proceed to any cardless withdrawal enabled ATM and make your withdrawal
• select Xpresscash
• Input the 8-digit OTP generated
• Input the amount you wish to withdraw
• Take your cash
