Top 10 most populated countries in Africa

The world population have been on the spike in the last few decades and Africa is not left out. Africa is the second most populated continent in the world with a population of about 1.3 billion in 2019. The African population have doubled in the last twenty seven years. Nigeria is the most populated country in Africa. Here is a list of top 10 most populated countries in Africa

1. Nigeria (206 million)

Nigeria is located in the western region of Africa. It is a multi tribal country with about 520 different languages spoken in the country. Nigeria population is over 206 million with life expectancy of 54.7 for men and 55.7 for women

2. Ethiopia (114 million)

3. Egypt (102 million)
