Fidelis Nweze attended Central School Onueke Ezza and Ezza High School Amuzu. He is a graduate of Civil Engineering from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT)

Fidelis Nweze was a civil engineer. He was a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and the Nigeria Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE).
Fidelis Nweze worked as the Senior Civil Engineer (Maintenance and Training) in the Civil Engineering Department in Ebonyi State Ministry of Works and Transport, Abakaliki.

On 19th June 2021, Fidelis Nweze was Involved in a fatal accident along Enugu-Abakaliki expressway after rammed into a stationary truck at Obinagu in Enugu State.
