Michael Beale is an English Football coach and former footballer. He is the manager of Scottish Premiership side Rangers. Michael Beale was born on 4 September 1980 in Bromley, London, England.
Career
Michael Beale started his career as a footballer at Charlton Athletic. He proceeded to FC Twente in the Netherlands where he had a short trials. He moved to United States where he played shortly and retired at 21.

He started his career as a coach after he established a futsal club for children in his hometown of Bromley, South London.
In 2002, he was offered a role as a part-time youth coach at Chelsea’s Cobham Training Centre by Chelsea Academy boss Neil Bath.
Michael Beale worked with future Premier League footballers Tammy Abraham and Dominic Solanke.
In 2003, Michael Beale left Chelsea Academy to work with the Liverpool Academy, beginning as the coach of the Under-16s team, before progressing to become coach of the Under-23s.
In January 2017, Michael Beale worked as an assistant to Rogério Ceni at São Paulo FC for 6 months.
He returned to Liverpool Academy but was contacted by Steven Gerard to act as his assistant manager at Rangers.
After Gerard was appointed as the New Head Coach of Aston Villa FC in November 2021, Michael Beale moved with him as an Assistant Manager.
In June 2022, Michael Beale was appointed the coach at Championship side Queens Park Rangers.
