How to borrow data from MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile

With the internet thriving today, the value of data cannot be overemphasized as so many activities are being carried online ranging from educational, business, recreational, to information and communication avenues. It has come to the point that when you are not online, you have been shut out from the world entirely and what you basically need to stay online is ‘DATA’.

However, you must note that this comes with terms and conditions as you must have been active to be eligible to borrow. By active here means, you must have been recharging your line and should have used it for a duration of 3 months and above.

For MTN, dial *606# and select extrabyte.

Options that you are eligible to borrow from will be given.

Then you choose the data bundle you want.

How to borrow data from GLO

To borrow data from Glo, dial *321#

Then choose from the available data bundles.

How to borrow data from Airtel

To borrow data from Airtel, dial *500#

Then choose the data bundle you want to borrow

How to borrow data from Etisalat/9mobile

For Etisalat/9mobile , dial *665#

And select the data bundle you want to borrow

It is as simple as that. However, this can only work if you are eligible to borrow data. In addition, borrowing data comes with an additional price when paying later.
