Career
Folashodun Shonubi started his career as a Consultant Engineer at Mek-ind Associates from 1984 to 1989.

Folashodun Shonubi joined Citibank Nigeria Limited as Head, Treasury Operations and Agusto and Co. Ltd as a Supervising Consultant in 1990 and 1993 respectively.
In 1996, Folashodun Shonubi became the Deputy General Manager, Banking Operations & Information Technology at MBC International Limited.
He was the Vice-President, Operations & Information Technology at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) from 1999 to 2002 and the Executive Director, Operations & Information Technology at Ecobank Nigeria Plc from 2003 to 2007.
