Career
Kemi Adetiba started her career as a child when she featured in two television commercials for Omo detergents.
After graduation from school, Kemi Adetiba started as a radio presenter for Rhythm 93.7 FM. At Rhythm FM, Adetiba was the voice behind Soul’d Out and Sunday at the Seaside.
She later began sharing remixes on various music platforms like Spotify and SoundCloud.
She moved from being a radio presenter to a television presenter. Adetiba produced and presented several shows on Mnet, which includes Studio 53, Temptation Nigeria and so on. She was the host and presenter of Maltina Dance All for three consecutive seasons.
In 2009, Kemi Adetiba shot a short movie Across a Bloodied Ocean which premiered in Pan African Film Festival and National Black Arts Festival.
She has produced many music videos like Ekundayo” by TY Bello, Today na Today” by Omawumi, Onye by Waje and Tiwa Savage, “Anifowose” and Sitting on the Throne by Olamide, My Darling by Tiwa Savage, If I Die by Dagrin, Lagos Party by Bank W and many others.
In 2016, she featured in her first movie “The Wedding Party” and later featured in King of Boys in 2018.
